You can participate from home
As more and more of our studies are conducted remotely. This might be through a video call or an independent study that you can complete whenever it suits you.
Participating is super easy!
Sign up
First, we have a few short questions for you. You'll be all set and registered within a few minutes. From then on, you’ll receive invitations from us by email—just a handful of messages a year.
Take part
When we have a new study, we’ll send you a short questionnaire to see if the topic is a good fit for you. If you qualify, we’ll invite you to participate. It’s entirely up to you whether you take part.
Get paid
You will receive your compensation within two weeks after the interview. The amount varies from €30 to €100, with an average incentive of around €50 per session.
Where does the study take place?
Studies take place either in our lab in Amsterdam or online. For online studies, you can usually participate from home using your laptop, or sometimes your smartphone.
What happens to the research data?
During the study, researchers will observe what you say and do. This helps us see what works well and what could be improved, allowing our clients to make their website or app more pleasant and user-friendly. Your opinion really makes a difference! We always handle your data with care. Everything is processed anonymously and used only for the specific study you’re participating in. Your results can never be traced back to you personally.
What kind of questions can I expect?
That depends on the study. Usually, it's about your thoughts on a website, app, product, or service. What works well, what’s confusing, and what could be better? Sometimes we’ll ask you to test something and share your thoughts. Don’t worry: you don't need to prepare anything. There are no right or wrong answers—your honest opinion is exactly what we’re looking for. We will never ask for passwords, PINs, or other sensitive personal information.
What requirements do I have to meet to participate?
This differs per study. Each study has its own target group. By completing the questionnaire, we can determine whether you are suitable to participate in the study.
